      Pros

      Great health benefits. My schedule was good. Previous management was very helpful and understanding. Training with previous management was great. Everyone knew how to train and was very willing to assist

      Cons

      Very poor management. Moral was very low at my location. Unsanitary working conditions (ie. breakroom and bathrooms). No leadership. The pay was terrible for the work they asked their "partners" to do.

      Pros

      Great hours, I like my co-workers, job security, paid weekly, and managers that actually care about teaching you how to advance your career with Cintas. I think my manager really wants me to become a better leader

      Cons

      Pay could be a lot better, no vacation/sick time in first year. It gets very hot in the summer months. Teamwork between drivers and plant partners could be better. I feel like we clean up their mess when they bring back their unorganized trucks.

      They have a great front line partners but as far as management..... Just make sure you have a resume that is solid and with references, because Cintas won't give you one.
