Pros
Excellent training programs. If you do well you are rewarded handsomely. You are given the responsibility and the authority to take care of any issues within your scope of work.
Cons
It's all about the numbers and what have you done for me lately. If you can work in that environment Cintas is a great place to work and they reward the employees that do well. A lot is expected of the "partners" (employees) they expect long hours and high sales numbers. It takes a long time to effect change within the company and they are way too cheap.
