      Pros

      Great culture and support system. Ongoing training. Opportunity for advancement. Safety focus. Good benefits package, including major medical, dental, 401K, and profit sharing.

      Cons

      Incentive pay is performance based. Must be willing to work hard and achieve results. This isn't really a "con" unless you are not able to meet expectations.

      Pros

      Corporate is concerned with the overall contentment and safety of all employee's(Partners). "Corporate" Not location.

      Cons

      To many "idea people" Nobody to speak of with the “I will do attitude". Everybody is eager to delegate but nobody want the responsibility of doing it themselves. WAY TO MUCH "brown nosing"!! Absolutely no support structure, it is clearly sink or swim. I have had to re-event the wheel in many different facets within my department simply because trainers and management in my option by there lack of actions frankly could care less if you’re successful. If your going to be succesful here you must do so ON YOUR OWN!

      Pros

      Cintas is an overall good company with respected leadership. Their strong management will allow them to continue to grow even in a weak economy. Strong culture and history. Good people to work with in a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Benefits and compensation packages are average/below average. Basic benefits but nothing to make them stand out. Extremely conservative, old school environment.
