Pros
Great culture and support system. Ongoing training. Opportunity for advancement. Safety focus. Good benefits package, including major medical, dental, 401K, and profit sharing.
Cons
Incentive pay is performance based. Must be willing to work hard and achieve results. This isn't really a "con" unless you are not able to meet expectations.
