Benefits package especially the pension plan is very good. Recent emphasis on safety initiatives is impressive - working towards being world class.

Extremely political and run by a primarily white male managers Sacrifice great customer service in order to make the numbers - they don't provide the product to the route drivers in order save on costs. Plants are understaffed and lack automation. Disparity in time off programs by position - sick and vacation time is less for office and plant, compared to salaried/management employees - why?
