Department level KPI’s can sometimes work against each other which creates internal challenges. Our customer first approach always leads to overcoming these challenges, however better alignment would eliminate these issues.

Pros

If you are a hard-working, nose to the grindstone, customers first, kinda person, you will be widely successful at Cintas. An absolute ton of room to grow, whether that's in the office, on the road, or in the plant. If you want to push yourself, want to better yourself, get a job at Cintas. They will train you so well, that even if you do leave, you'll be in a much better place than you were before.

Cons

Long days, early mornings, many times you rely on others to do their jobs, but if they don't complete their jobs, you're unable to complete yours. Management is there to make money and save as much money for their location. That's their priority.
