They pay pretty low for most of the positions they have They don't treat employees fairly when thinking of promotional opportunity, and tend to have a "good old boys network" Unless you want to live in Cincinatti, there is not promotional opportunity for most professional jobs

This company pretends to have corporate culture but it definitely does NOT. The Edmonton branch lacks in honesty. They try to show that they value their "partners" but it's all a SHOW. They have people in administration who have completely inappropriate attitudes. The drivers try to do their jobs to the best of their ability...with what they are given, which isn't very much. I wish I had warning before I stepped in that god forsaken place. Here's YOUR warning..stay for away unless you want to be miserable and put up with management who have their heads up so far up their own end they can't see day light. As far as Customer Service goes, they have a lot of issues with that department as well. MANY customers are unsatisfied and complain to the drivers on a consistent basis.
