Upper Management micro managed too much; nothing was ever done fast or well enough. Management created a very chaotic/hostile work environment. If you allow, your spirit and confidence will be destroyed. Was lied to several times. During my tenure five people left from the office, and no one was ever replaced; duties were disbursed among the remaining Partners, which was very stressful. The threat of job loss was daily. The worst two years of my career. I have never felt as unappreciated and disposable as I did at Cintas.

Horrible at treating their employees fairly. Was told for almost two years that I would be hired. Found out other employees doing the same work were making 10,000+ more a year then me. They would have brain washing meetings telling their employees who to vote for in political campaigns and to vote no for unions. Overall a horrible company to work for, stressful, overworked, underpayed. It was not uncommon to stay there until after 7pm.
