Pros
Coworkers were great to have around, all tried to help each other
Cons
Management was sub par especially after the US taking over the Canadian site as the departments weren't doing well and ended up firing almost all management. They left one manger employed for the entire office; unorganized, not given the right resources to succeed yet reprimanded for not doing certain tasks we knew nothing about. Management talked down to anyone they didn't particularly like and disclosed information that was meant to be private. HR got fired for disclosing private information as well.
