      * Great track record of operational success * Focus on hourly "partners" from management * Culture

      Cons

      * Culture (There are great upsides, but also leave a lot of room for abuse) * No innovation or creativity allowed at local levels "Here's the playbook, now run it" * Safety initiatives will drive managers away because they have created a "Zero Defect" environment * GMs encouraged to do things that don't impact the top or bottom line, but look good in the peer group and win kudos from RBDs (Regional Business Directors)

      Good Training ground and development for your future

      Pros

      Cintas offers great benefits including sales training and the pay is above average, the car allowance and expense reimbursement are fair as well. If you can find a mentor you can learn a lot about sales and how to build and run a territory. Cintas has a great name out there as far as recruiters and other companies that are looking for reps.

      Cons

      Some times communication is not what it should be a company of this size. As with most larger companies you have to learn to play the office politics game.

      Pros

      frontline partners are amazing people. They are the backbone of the company. Autonomy of positions allow for people to perform, as long as they are the right fit.

      Cons

      Benefits are just ok, for management it seems like there is no real process to ensure a proper work life balance.
