      Great compensation when you hit your numbers Great Health Insurance Good place to get experience if you are willing to relocate

      Cons

      Price increases make you feel guilty about selling Selling in a place you live turns people against you Talk about a CHEAP company... I know we're in a recession but give me a break. Extremely outdated computer technology I could go on and on

      Good company for growth, bad company for social life

      Pros

      Cintas was great place for advancement, in my three years there I received two promotions. A lot of the managers were younger and for the most part great to work with.

      Cons

      In every position I worked, it was very demanding. I don't mind putting in the hours but the 60-70 hours I was working for a long stretch was a little overbearing, especially only getting paid for 40 of those hours. It made having a social life a challenge at times.

      Decent pay Good benefits Good professional management and sales training for future

      Cons

      Every location is run differently Corporate objectives change weekly! What's the flavor of the week? Don't convert your salary into an hourly wage. You will want to mow lawns. Culture is difficult to adjust to. If you try to do something good for the customer, Cintas will roll out a price increase and make you look like a liar. Don't service customers where you know people.
