      Good benefits Good pay for front-line partners (but not for supervisor/department manager level) Good place to start, but probably not continue, a career

      Cons

      Brutal hours (days that start with texts at 4:30am and end at 11pm). Expect to work 60 hours per week in this position. Lack of clarity on goals and focuses Almost no work-life balance Promotions and growth are all about who you know and who you will pander to

      Terrible Leadership and Toxic Environment

      Pros

      Training is ok, they have a system. If you follow it some people do good.

      Cons

      Workaholics. Toxic environment. Sexual harassment is common, HR knows it happens and doesn’t do anything. Verbal harassment between coworkers is a regular occurrence. If specific sales people sell a lot they do whatever they want and treat people however they want. BE WARNED! Stay away.

      Partners working with you are great depending on your location.

      Cons

      Long interview process where they don't really share the fact that you are going to be waking up in the middle of the night for shifts. You will be doing intense labor for 12 to 14 hours a day, if you consider that, the compensation is actually not ideal at all. There are times where you will travel and get home late. Even when you get home late you are expected to be back at work at 5 am. Overall the position will sound good and hyped the recruiters and or the people you interview with but in the end you will be overwhelmed almost everyday. Unless you can handle long, dirty and weird work hours that are mostly labor intensive this position is not for you.
