Once you exhaust your limited days off, you face termination - even for legitimate illnesses. This creates an environment where employees feel forced to work while sick, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. 3. Proceed with caution if considering employment here. The company’s policies around attendance and time off are harsh and show little flexibility for real-life circumstances. 4. While the pay is steady, it’s not worth it for the workload required. The number of stops and amount of work expected is excessive for what they pay.

Customers are reluctant to pay when they're consistently provided invoices with errors. Senior management knew but didn't care as long as their reached their own "revenue goals". Those targets are great, but if you're not collecting, what's the point?
