      Pros

      They have a great training program. The facilities are clean and safe. Your co-workers or partners, as they are called, are friendly and always willing to help.

      Cons

      - There is a "Good ol' boy" mentality. Of you are not a part of the inner circle or have a certain look, you can only go so far. - Pay is on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. - No loyalty from management.

      Pros

      This position plays an important role to all the Cintas locations. They are the bridge between the sales and service department. You will learn extensive part of how the business works in the back end. Great benefits as far as health insurance and 401k. I received health insurance within a month of being employed! This company really values corporate culture and that is one thing I love about this company. It is also a very diverse company.

      Cons

      Under appreciated for all the work you do. Low Pay. No management support (depends on your location.) Hourly rate. Expect you do more than what your job entails. Very little room to move up in the position unless you want to stay in the position for more than 4 years.
