      Great Place to Start a Sales Career

      Pros

      Cintas will teach you what you will need to be successful in a B2B sales position. They are a great place to start a career and give you the foundation for what other companies look for in sales people. If you can sell for Cintas, you can sell for anyone and sell anything. They give you the best products to succeed in the industry and because of that they will continue to be an industry leader. I would recommend Cintas to anyone looking to begin a sales career and wants to move into the medical or technology fields. With Cintas on your resume, you will always have recruiters calling you and wanting to talk to you about other opportunities that are out there.

      Early meetings, sales numbers and sales commission structures that are constantly changing and leave the reps feeling like the company is just trying to get around paying them.

      Not a Darn Thing! This Company Sucks!

      Expected to work 60+ hours but only paid for 40+, Management sucks beyond belief! They will "fudge" your pay check up and then act as if they are not sure how it happened. You will have to get up at 3am to travel for a meeting and then expected to work your full day and God if you are planning to leave take your vacation first, they Will Not pay you your earned vacation and beware, that they will only pay you your base wage and not your commission... They are so damn greedy, you can never, ever do enough to make them happy. Oh and every three months you will have to get up at 3am on a Saturday and travel up North to do inventory that you don't get paid for! This company sucks... Not one employee was happy, always complaining and back stabbing one another!
