      Pros

      Huge on safety. If you work for the right location you will be treated great. Always having competitions to earn extra money or other items.

      Cons

      They expect you to do 12 hours of work in a 8 hour day. The location I was at, the GM cared more about money and not enough about the employees. How hard is it to say hi to your employees, ask how their day was and say keep up the good work. ( I am a supervisor, so the GM doesn't need to talk to me be nice to see him care about non management employees.

      Pros

      The pros of working for Cintas are the great training they provide, very competitive compensation and quality products. Everybody wants you to succeed from your peers to management to upper management.

      Cons

      The biggest challenges are that the numbers and goals of the operations team conflict with the numbers and goals of the sales team. Constant head butting going on. I shouldn't have to sell my own company on why this new piece of business is good for all parties. They should trust that i'm making good decisions.

      Pros

      Great sales Training program, where they will teach you to be a hunter and close business. The harder you work the more money you make. Opportunity to make over $100K in sales. Car package is one of the best I've seen besides a company giving you an actual car. When the time is right to leave Cintas, other companies greatly respect their training program and the experience you've gained from working there. Hit as many president clubs as possible and you will be able to go anywhere you want! Many former Cintas sales reps leave to go do medical or pharma sales.

      Cons

      With any sales job, it will be extremely competitive. You will be phone cold calling as well as face-to-face cold calling. You will rack up a crazy amount of miles on your car. Cut-throat competitive. Depending on your direct manager, will depend on your overall happiness. Hard to move up. Favorites are played often.
