Pros
Coworkers were really nice, everyone always tries to help each other out.
Cons
Long hours; having to get up at 3:30 am every morning and also deal with the weather conditions. The pay doesn't equate to the workload. You have to make sure the customer is happy by ensuring they receive their mats, products and uniforms; however, there are plenty of times when the products aren't available. Sales , Sales Sales!! You are expected to continuously sell products to your customers, while stressed out about the workload.. delivering and getting back to the plant on time. Too many customers to manager per day and not a enough time to really spend selling and just servicing the customer's needs. If you tried to do everything that is expected of you, you would be working 14 hour days. Also, you don't get paid standard over-time, it Chinese overtime. Even though it isnt your fault that products like mats, terry towels and shop towels aren't available that day, it still falls back on you. If the customer is unhappy and you have to give credits because of missing products, it reflects badly on your numbers. Very numbers driven which isn't feasible for what is being put on the ssr.
