Worked at two locations in 9 years. My first experience was by far the best I ever had. Second location did not live up to my expectations I had for Cintas. Ethics and decisions of management made me look to different opportunities. Did not agree of how management ran our operations in Florida. Not too toot my own horn but I believe Cintas lost a very valuable employee. Thank you 780 for my experience and memories.

These people will work you until you break. They will add more stops to your route and don't care if you have to work longer because they will just fire you if you complain too much. They will make you feel like you are weak if you complain. They have old trucks that the new comers get that are poorly maintained and need to be put out of their misery. Basically just come in do your job and suck it up because they don't care if you get hurt. As a new comer you will get the worst routes and break you back for pennies on the dollar when you work out the money you make vs the hours you work and little sleep because you are always trying to catch up for the week. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Working construction in the dead of summer is better than this place of misery and suffering. God forbid you try and schedule a doctor or dentist appointment during the week (you know when they are normally open) these Cintas Management people lose their minds that you have all of a sudden become unreliable. God forbid I try and take care of my health right?
