      Pros

      Decent benefits package 4 Day work week You get to meet and deal with a lot of great people(customers)

      Cons

      Poor pay. Management is willing to throw employees under the bus to save face. Horrible vacation time. Good luck getting time off and when you do, they do their best to make you feel guilty about it. It's work first, family second. If you're hurt on the job, you're lying. Bad work culture. Blame for a lot of issues falls on the SSR, no one is held accountable.

      Pros

      - Great place for someone who likes to work hard and get paid for it - Solid training programs to help employees succeed - Positive work environment for those that put forth the effort

      Cons

      - Not a place to work if you do not have a strong work ethic - Company still has issues with being a good ol' boys club where it's who you're friends with that determines promotions and the length of your career - Work/Life balance is always a challenge

      Pros

      Great training, they give you tools to succeed as long as you are a go-getter. Very goal oriented as well.

      Cons

      There were not many cons. Very much the ideal outside sales job.
