Once you exhaust your limited days off, you face termination - even for legitimate illnesses. This creates an environment where employees feel forced to work while sick, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. 3. Proceed with caution if considering employment here. The company’s policies around attendance and time off are harsh and show little flexibility for real-life circumstances. 4. While the pay is steady, it’s not worth it for the workload required. The number of stops and amount of work expected is excessive for what they pay.

Management didn’t really care for the position, just pointed you which driver to help out for the day, varied hours depending on who you're assisting that day 5-7:30. Same as shift end could be 2 or 8 pm.
