Decent wages, excellent health benefits, 4 day work week with no weekends or holidays, will keep you physically fit, your day ends once your route is completed

Cons

Difficult to get promoted, pay is based on overall profit of each route so some routes paid more, trucks weren't always loaded correctly so special runs and after hour deliveries were necessary at times

Route trucks no ac and poor heat in winter. They preach safety all the time and the cab of those trucks can be 115 degrees when temperature is in the 80s
