Supportive co-workers who genuinely want to help you grow within the company.

Cons

1.You only get 4 days off for the entire year—sick days and vacation combined! So if you take a vacation and get sick a few months later, tough luck for you. If you can’t come in, they will straight-up fire you. No exceptions. 2.The work is brutal. You’re breaking your back every day, and those routes will wear you down fast so good luck to when you get older and can’t play with your kids. 3. Management acts like they care about you, but it’s all fake. The turnover rate is through the roof because people are either quitting or getting fired left and right. They do not care about you!

You work way to hard for what you are paid. The only way to get a good pay check is to make sure you max out on bonuses and sell.
