      Pros

      Some of the driver were awesome and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, leadership and clear expectations. This place sadly doesn’t have any good leadership and the service managers are full of it. The sales reps sell things that aren’t realistic for the service people to follow through with or can provide which puts that service person/driver in a very tough position. The pay is not great for most people in that facility.

      Paid weekly. 401k. Good medical benefits. Somewhat flexible hours. Lots of friendly staff. Extensive training in all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      High rate of turnover. Older equipment would tend to break down very often. Many employees felt unappreciated, overworked, and underpaid.
