Pros

Great benefits! The employees are just amazing! Many people have mentioned that’s why they stay. Fun events held throughout the year.

Cons

As others have mentioned, if you are not Spanish, you won’t go far in the company. Executive leadership is out of touch with the true needs of the employees, and they only care about themselves. The company will host several events throughout the year, which are fun, but they do that in an attempt keep employees happy. No issues are solved though. Extremely chaotic and disorganized company. Most departments are understaffed which leads to very long working days. No work/life balance, and employees constantly work evenings, weekends, holidays. Extremely low pay and HR is incompetent and either won’t do anything about it, or they don’t know how.

Pros

I learned I was better than that place. Was able to go work for one of their competitors.

Cons

Not a good place to work if you aren't a man or Spaniard. Very degrading atmosphere. Everything is last minute. The CEO stood over my shoulder on day while I was on a call with 911 and was telling me what to say. They don't allow people to do their jobs and there are lots of liars in this company. Many illegal comments are made out loud. Sickening.

Great place to learn, but not to grow your career

Pros

- Fast-paced environment allows you to learn a lot very quickly. - Good benefits (training, health insurance, company social events, time off, etc.)

Cons

- Clear division between the local employees and the Spanish. - Obvious lack of communication/understanding between HQ in Madrid and the US on various things. - More of a focus on "being seen" at work, instead of the actual work accomplished. - The only real way to move up in the organization is to move to a different location. - It can be hard to get feedback from management.
