They have good people working there, you will learn how to solve problems with cheap software and tech. And solve everyones problems, inefficiency.

Company is doing really bad, salaries are not competitive and PTO is BS.
They are cheap on tech, even though they call themselves a "tech company"
But long story short, pure bluff.
