Cipher Tech always strives to find meaningful or technically interesting/engaging work. - Management tries their best to engage with you as an equal and to listen to feedback and complaints to grow as a company. Everyone is very much willing to accept that they might be wrong or that there are things they don't know. - If you don't like your contract or want to try something new, management is willing to work with you to move you somewhere else internally.
