Easy to coast and hide

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they are doing. Been treading water for years. CEO gives lip service to everyone and talks about of both sides of the mouth. CPO is sneaky and untrustable.

Pros

Great coworkers, wonderful leave plan, very supportive team members. Great information. Everyone is so approachable.

Cons

Tools are clunky, leaders are not strong at the middle level. Many people have left and current team is very green in their knowledge. Onboarding needs an overhaul and to be more organized, but the information is there if you can find it.
