      100% remote work, friendly colleagues, work with big brands

      Cons

      - Pay is ridiculously low (after rent and food, you have nothing left) but management don't care because you're just a number - Top heavy employee structure (I don't know what they all do but there's so many consultants and managers) - Little to no career opportunities (it's a one-way road up and each increment is only a few thousand dollar pay rise after a few years - No thanks!) - No employee development (all you use is Excel and a bit of basic SQL) - No new technology (no cloud, all on-premise like it's still 2005)
