Pros

Flexible around your schedule Pay is very great depending on your experience! They train you very well and prepare you for your cases. BCBAs will be very helpful and so will the the rest of your team Very amazing team and company culture

Cons

As a student, this was great since I didn’t want this job to become full time or to consume most of my time. But if someone does want this as a full time it can be hard to find a solid case for that much time, but not really a con to me!

Pros

Circle care is the third ABA company I have worked for now in my 4 years of being an RBT and I’m liking it so far! They have an app where you can ask questions and someone responds quickly or provides the correct avenue. Hannah checks in periodically to see how our clients and cases are going so you never feel forgotten about. The pay is well and there is always opportunities to get cases. Higher up’s are open and welcome recommendations and are always looking on ways to improve. All my cases feel cooperative and my efforts as a RBT feel genuinely appreciated. I would recommend this company to my other RBT friends.

Cons

Only con if like working with others you don’t see any of your coworkers if you do in homes.
