      Cons

      I would say that traveling between clients’ homes could be the downside when they are more than 30 mins away.

      The staff and onboarding teams are helpful and supportive every step of the way, and the BCBAs that I have been assigned have been highly committed to helping me implement my goals with my clients. I enjoy all the advice and guidance I receive and am always able to consult Circle Care on anything if needed!

      sometimes can be overwhelming with certain clients, but always rewarding

      Pros

      Fairly compensated, smooth onboarding process, get to supervise some of the best RBTs! Truly a company that values quality of services they provide.

      Cons

      Not many cons, there were a few instances I had to do some admin (coordinating with location of services) that the care coordinators stated were good to go but were not.
