very responsive, good pay and I feel valued as a employee. I also love the other employees and management.

Cons

understaffed for BCBA's so there has been times when I went without a supervisor for lost two months until they found someone. Communication sometimes can be confusing between me, my BCBA and circle care

Great Admin

Pros

I am with a lot of ABA companies, and they just grab and go and admin never communicates with you. Circle care’s administration answers within 24 hours. They are prompt, they want to help you. They have always had my back, and I always recommend this company to RBTs who want a different company to work at.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. I honestly choose circle care over other companies because admin is great. Pay may be better at other places but it’s cause they are compensating. And circle care still pays great.
