Pros

I really enjoy working at Circle Care as a Behavioral Technician. The team is incredibly supportive, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever I have a question or need guidance, someone is always just a call or message away, which makes a huge difference in feeling supported in this role. Communication is clear, and I truly feel valued as an employee. Circle Care creates a positive and supportive work environment, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to grow in the ABA field.

Cons

ABA work can be challenging at times, but support from the team makes it manageable.

Pros

This company has a great work life balance. They help with anything you need in order to provide the best services for your clients. They legitimately care about your wellbeing as a BCBA. There is a lot of oppurtunity for remote work. This is the nicest company I have ever worked for.

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity for daytime cases. It's hard to stack cases on weekly schedule to meet billable hours. In office or backstaff turnover happens a lot. This can lead to a lot of miscommunication and errors in case management.
