Pros

Working at Circle, one gets to work in a fluid, fast-paced start-up environment as well as working with some of the most intelligent and experienced people in the financial services industry. The benefits are amazing, catered breakfasts and lunches, kegs, humble and intelligent people, and paid unlimited vacation.

Cons

Working with such intelligent people means that you have to work hard to keep up! This is something that I enjoy but also means that you cannot slack off because everyone has responsibilities and your team relies on you.
