Pros

Ok pay but on the low side

Cons

Usually understaffed, on call 24/7 , days off more often than not interupted, benefits are sub par high deductible health insurance, don't care about store level employees.

A woke agenda has led to unqualified people being elevated to positions of authority where they lack the professional capacity to act effectively. The setting of unrealistic operating expectations during the COVID-19 labor shortage.

-Some flexibility in scheduling -Work is mostly enjoyable -Supportive coworkers -Fun to train your own team

Cons

-Bad policies at corporate level make store-level work harder than necessary -Managers are basically on-call 24/7 -Skeleton crews in stores means every call-out is a crisis -District management micro-manages in meaningless ways instead of helping where it counts
