      Pros

      This company doesn't give you hard time regarding merchandize log-in into store account, you can change it according to your schedule and fill it up the way you like. People associated at the top are very helpful and friendly. Also, the company top official know how to do business, so if wana ask them something, they will come to store and help you out.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, no job security, have to deal with a lot of different stuff even if you are a manager.

      Pros

      Outside the marketing department, it would be a great place to work. There is a high degree of flexibility and trust. Compensation is good for the area and there are ample opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Marketing Department management shows no loyalty to employees. Management was chaotic, with major changes to the org chart every 6 months with no training or even communication of expectations or new job descriptions.
