      Decent pay. Paid vacation and holiday. Bonus if you qualify

      Cons

      On call 24/7/365. Micromanaging DM's. New requirements, more is required, hours are cut, manager is working longer hours due to hours being cut, running the register to keep at budget leaves less time to do your own work.
