Pros

Store manger schedule Major Holidays off Bonus Structure

Cons

Stores have an ever shrinking labor budget which causes you to run on skeletons crews most of the time so if one person calls off you are more that likely going to have to cover that shift. There has been multiple days where I clocked in at 4am and did not leave till after 10pm and had to be back the next morning. Your days off are canceled is someone calls off and there is no one to cover the shift.

Pros

It is a nice shared service centre environment. Employees are well cared about. Benefits agree to the average market level or a bit above. All the necessary equipment is provided. I didn’t experience any significant drama within the team.

Cons

The career ladder might be a bit slow and limited for ambitious.
