Pros

Easiest customer service job I've ever had. Most customer interactions last less than 2 minutes. People want to get quickly get gas, snacks or cigarettes, and be on their way. Wages are okay.

Cons

Rude travelers that make disgusting messes in the restrooms. There is a plus to rude people. I don't have to be ultra polite. I can tell them to take that attitude on down the street to the next gas station.

customers were pretty nice and respectful

Cons

manager hates his job, asked for a raise after a yr n they said no, but continued go add extra responsibilities.(had multiple conversations about this) so i put my two weeks in and they just completely took me off the schedule.
