Pros

Cool people to work with

Cons

Individuals with COVID exemptions refuse to wear a mask or it's under their nose. I informed the individuals to have a COVID exemption to wear a mask because I refuse to put my daughter's life in danger and I got fired for it.

Pros

Nice people that care the homeless

Cons

Avoid working in the finance department, the CFO is a nightmare. She had her entire team quit on her at the same time because people hate working with her. She doesn’t understand what her job is and what she should be doing. She gives tasks to others that she can’t complete herself. I don’t know how she got the position but she is not fit for a C-Suite position. She tried to play power games with everyone in the office and can’t seem to figure out how to work as a team player. She wanted to pull money from the bottom level workers and micromanage what they purchase she was mad they were buying things from the dollar store to give out to the homeless if people knew she was misusing their donations to direct cash flow up to the executive suites and not where the money is suppose to be, no one would ever donate to the organization. Shameful behavior.
