Pros

I have been in healthcare for 25 years and this is the best employer i've ever worked for. The pay is good, benefits are decent and flexibility is awesome! They care about the patients and the leaders care about the staff. In the past 2 years I have seen great changes with the new CEO and the leadership team. It's a friendly environment, managers care about you and really listen to concerns and problem solve. It's not always yes but it's let's try to figure this out. I hope to retire here!!

Cons

It's hard work, it can be taxing if you don't do proper self-care.
