Pros

I was with CircleCI from the time they were about 30 people to about 130 people. I assumed that in that growth the company would begin to care less and less about its individual team members. Instead, this held steady (and very high) through the full time there. Most anyone working in the start up arena, personal growth and job advancement matters a lot, and it was great to see CircleCI Management consistently make that a priority even when it was hard ('cause anyone can do it when it is easy.)

Cons

Not a lot of cons, here. As long as the technology holds true, and the company continues to care for it's team, I would recommend CCI to most anyone.

Low drama environment; smart and competent group of people working towards a common goal. Beautiful SF office with amazing views Great perks, including daily catered lunch and fully-stocked snack shelves Remote-work friendly Strong market position and growth prospects

Cons

CI/CD industry sector is just starting to take-off, so not everyone you meet has already heard of the company.
