Pros

Great coworkers. Some of the friendliest, and helpful humans that I've ever worked with. Everyone seems to really care about their work!

Cons

CI/CD is a really competitive space and CircleCI is struggling. There have been three reductions in workforce since I've started. There's this looming uncertainty as to where the company is heading and the upper management doesn't really seem to have a good plan forward...
