      Pros

      - diverse group of smart, supportive, and kind engineers all around - remote work with great remote working culture - competitive pay - clear guidelines and expectations for career progressions

      Cons

      - interview processes can be improved - more ways to connect and meet(post covid) with co-workers

      * Smart people to work with and learn from, no big egos.

      Cons

      * As company is getting bigger, you won't get that startup "feel". That's a double edged sword.

      Pros

      Some really smart, caring people (though that might change, as people keep leaving). No big egos among engineers. Team managers seem to truly care about their reports, and creating space for people to be successful.

      Cons

      Running on the fumes of the past, lack of strategy or vision for the future. Fear of change and innovation. Growth opportunities are sparse. Hyper-focused on hiring, not so much on retention.
