Pros
1. Interview, communication while going through the recruitment process was awesome. 2. Onboarding as a new employee was seamless 3. This company values its employees 4. Everyone @ Cirium is friendly and is here to help make not only the organization successful, but you as an individual successful. 5. Wish that I had found this organization 10 years ago. I have heard this comment many times throughout my 3 months here from other employees.
