decent salary, some very experienced engineers to start out under. Exciting technology and lots of interesting people.

Cons

Growing rapidly, some teams are almost all people fresh out of college. Occasional engineering pushes put teams on required overtime.

Its a job. Not a pleasing workplace.

Cons

They do nothing for professional development. Waste loads of money on c suite and management travel and jargon. Zero promotion opportunities exist. Working remote is frowned upon and not acceptable even though profits and growth have shown that to be fake, and actually beneficial to hiring, keeping, and retaining people. Don't expect a raise, or a promotion, or training, ever.. Don't believe me? Ask them while interviewing..
