      Strong Top Down Managment Style

      * Snacks were good * Employee engagement activities good * Facilities were good.

      Cons

      *Very hard line top down management. They don't want to hear anything from the bottom going up, and if you do say anything it will be held against you. * Weekly meetings focused on everything going wrong and not accomplishments or positive activities. Every week the meetings were pretty much a downer. As a subordinate you learn quickly to keep your mouth shut. And by the gods, whatever you do, do NOT smile. I was reprimanded for smiling. * All managers and employees that somehow had been there a long time treated people very unprofessionally and with disrespect. Multiple instances of unprofessional behavior.

      -Ample Budgets to get work done -Great Perks -Decent Pay -Talented Coworkers

      Cons

      -Management demanding yet disorganized : lack of trust and confusion about priorities -Forced office days just to babysit or be in Zoom calls: absolute waste of time. What is this, 2004? -Workaholism runs rampant and is silently encouraged -VERY obnoxious engineer userbase will overrule your professional opinion loudly and often.

      -Fantastic culture, perks and benefits -true work/life balance -excellent learning and development opportunities -beautiful offices -really smart co-workers -ran by engineers not salesmen -they actually care about their employees and their well being

      Cons

      -company systems need updating (still using SAP for finance/accounting, HR), older ATS as well. -80% of revenue from one customer, working on diversification of that.
