Pros

2006-2012 was great with audio business growth. Lots of partying. If you're in bed with upper management, you'll be rewarded. If you can turn a blind-eye to some of the issues with CRUS, you'll have a great time.

Cons

Hiring/firing decisions are based on factors other than merit and performance. Personal agendas play into them. Company has lack of commitment to improving diversity (gender/race).The work environment is not very professional and makes for uncomfortable situations.
