      Pros

      Job stability, not much work to keep you busy all the time, a lot of design opportunities such as amp, ldo, oscillator, adc, dac, class-D amp, esd, pads, etc. It is good place if you come there as experienced.

      Cons

      Only few people can design complex designs such as ADC/DAC/class-D. Those people are usually very friend with top managers. Not all managers are given exciting projects. You may feel there two levels of citizens. compensation is lower than others but they keep increasing by 3%-4% every year.

      Great profit sharing (bonus every 6 months) Excellent benefit package where employer picks up most cost and cost increases Leading edge technology Lots of talented and committed employees CEO is engineer at heart and is committed to take great workplace and retain technical team

      Operates like too companies (Cirrus US vs former Wolfson) , conflicting management and lack of integration. Financial success and CEO fear of conflict results in lots of waste and politics
