Bonuses, happy hours, tickets to concerts and sports events and few excellent leaders

Cons

With the turnover at the C-Level the company has lost it's purpose, culture and overall human centric focus. The CEO is not in touch with the employees or the erosion of culture. The HR organization has degraded under new leadership.
