Work, Life, Balance. Very happy here. Great group of people, both on the technical side and on the administrative side. Great benefits. Lots of extras activities to take part of, or not. The culture here is just unbelievable.

Pros

* happy hour every Friday, regular music performances within company premises, tons of free food! * cannot think of a better place for a new college graduate in the VLSI space in Austin * light touch employee bringup model - new employees can learn a lot, and also expect to be given crucial responsibilities

Cons

* for senior engineers who choose to stay in the technical ladder, the growth model can seem rather fuzzy * for extremely passionate engineers, depending on the team, the work can get a bit repetitive after a while
