      Pros

      Austin is a fantastic place to live in Texas, you can get used to the heat, allerfies though are a problem Very fun place to work, mostly engineering types there

      Cons

      Have only a single successful capability, mixed signal audio The design tools are dinosaur Still struggle moving to 180nm Dangerous there to take chances with new designs and architectures, only old school is approved
